Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with quantum computing and cryptography in large orgs or government.
• Expertise in quantum algorithms, information theory, and cryptographic standards.
• Experience with PQC migration and NIST guidelines.
• Ability to communicate quantum risk to non-technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Python, C++, and Java to implement and test cryptographic algorithms.
• Advise on PQC migration plans and PQC implementation strategies.
• Assess cryptographic inventory and prioritize migrations.
• Collaborate across teams to communicate quantum risk to leadership.
• Provide policy guidance aligned with NIST PQC standards (FIPS 203–205).
