Advocate Health is offering a Quality & Clinical Transformation Intern position for May 31, 2027 through August 6, 2027. The internship is remote (work from home) with eligibility for residents in WV and additional remote-approved states.

The internship provides hands-on experience in healthcare quality improvement, data analysis, process improvement, and change management, working with Quality and Clinical Transformation leaders and cross-functional teams to advance patient-centered care.

Qualificações

• Current enrollment with junior or senior status at a regional accredited college or university.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to complete tasks.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Integrity, reliability and positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Support quality improvement and clinical transformation projects to improve patient outcomes and safety.
• Assist with identifying opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
• Participate in project meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
• Document current-state processes and support future-state workflows.
• Research healthcare quality improvement practices and trends to support transformation.
