Advocate Health offers a Quality & Clinical Transformation Internship for current students in healthcare, public health, or related fields. The role provides hands-on experience in quality improvement, data analysis, and change management within a large healthcare setting.

Interns will work up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, remotely from NM and other eligible states. May 31, 2027 through August 6, 2027, with a stipend at $21.00 per hour.

Formación

• Current enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited college or university.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support quality improvement and clinical transformation projects.
• Assist with identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and meetings.
• Document current-state processes and help design future-state workflows.
• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings.
