Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a degree in healthcare administration, public health, health sciences, business, data analytics, or a related field.
• Grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.5.

Responsabilidades

• Support quality improvement and clinical transformation projects focused on patient outcomes, safety, and operational performance.
• Assist with identifying opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
• Participate in project meetings, improvement workgroups, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Help document current-state processes, identify gaps, and support future-state workflows.
• Research healthcare quality improvement practices and industry trends.
