Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience testing software applications, identifying bugs, validating features against product requirements.
• Experience writing automated tests for Typescript or Python code bases.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence for test management and collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
• Experience providing end-user software support, including triage and ticket management.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Achieve an expert level understanding of our custom software system features and integrations.
• Prioritize and manage testing work independently using Jira and release timelines.
• Coordinate functional, regression, negative, and ad-hoc testing with QA team members.
• Write comprehensive test cases to cover functional test scenarios.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing through automation and AI.
• Provide frontline and second-tier support for our software, escalating bugs with reproducible reports.
• Monitor support channels and maintain ticket records from intake to resolution.
