SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Software QA and Support Engineer to join the Software Engineering Team. The role focuses on testing our custom software for utility-scale construction management, data monitoring, analytics, and reporting. It is fully remote or hybrid with some office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, Oregon.

You will coordinate with developers and product teams, build test cases, and explore automation opportunities to improve product quality and support processes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software QA testing.
• Experience writing automated tests for Typescript or Python code bases.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve expert understanding of our software features and integration points.
• Prioritize and manage testing work using Jira and release timelines.
• Write comprehensive test cases covering functional scenarios.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing through automation, AI, and other innovations.
• Serve as first line of contact for support and triage issues in Jira.
