Job summary

Career Team is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our QA program for remote contracts in the United States. You will oversee file reviews for accuracy and compliance with WIOA/TANF and related policies, monitor data across systems, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional partners.

The ideal candidate has a strong detail orientation, excellent communication skills, and a track record of maintaining confidentiality in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent workforce experience.
• WIOA, TANF, and/or SNAP experience in quality assurance, monitoring, compliance, case management, and/or eligibility is a must.
• Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
• Must be computer literate with strong MS Excel skills, Google Drive experience, and the ability to learn specialized databases and software systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular reviews of participant case files to evaluate accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Federal WIOA/TANF, State, local, and corporate policies.
• Monitor data entered into State Systems and other participant management systems for accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify deficiencies and trends, document findings, and recommend corrective action.
• Support local QA staff in resolving file and data issues to ensure no eligibility issues or disallowed costs.
• Lead bi-weekly check-in calls with Program Directors, Regional Directors, and other appropriate staff.
