Job summary

Career Team is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to review participant case files, monitor data integrity, and ensure program compliance across the Deep East Texas project. Onsite role reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will help identify deficiencies and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in QA, with strong MS Excel skills and knowledge of WIOA/TANF/SNAP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in quality assurance, monitoring, compliance, or case management.
• Knowledge of WIOA, TANF, and/or SNAP eligibility and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Computer literacy with MS Excel and the ability to learn systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct case file reviews to evaluate accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Monitor data entry in Work In Texas and other systems for timeliness.
• Identify deficiencies and trends; document findings and suggest corrective action.
• Provide internal monitoring, second reviews, and oversight of program activities.
• Prepare QA reports and dashboards for project leadership; support audits.
