Job summary

Career Team is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to conduct case file reviews, monitor data integrity, and ensure program compliance within the Deep East Texas Workforce Development Area. The role reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and is 100% onsite.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years in QA, monitoring, or compliance, with knowledge of WIOA/TANF and strong MS Excel skills. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to continuous improvement and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of quality assurance, monitoring, or compliance experience.
  • Knowledge of WIOA/TANF/SNAP eligibility and documentation requirements is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to learn specialized databases.

Responsibilities

  • Review participant case files for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
  • Monitor data in Work In Texas and other systems for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify deficiencies and trends; document findings and recommend corrective action.
  • Provide internal monitoring, second reviews, and oversight of program activities and requirements.
  • Assist with audits and prepare quality assurance reports and dashboards.
