Qualifications

• Experience in case management or similar social services preferred.
• Excellent language and interpersonal skills; professional appearance.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain agency insurance.
• Ability to obtain CDCR clearance; CPR/First Aid and TB testing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Audit active participant files for completeness per guidelines.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of participant files.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and in-service sessions.
• Monitor systems, procedures, and standards; report deviations.
• Develop concise, timely reports as needed.
• Ensure documentation is complete before data entry.
• Schedule site visits for CBPs and QA reviews.
• Follow up on providers' documentation for billing.
