Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to join the Strategic Technology Systems Development team. You will lead a team of QA testers, design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing, and drive integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

The role is hands-on (~70%) with people leadership (~30%), requires 6+ years of QA experience, and experience with Jira/Azure DevOps in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation Level preferred.
• 6+ years of QA experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Experience testing cloud-native apps on AWS/Azure.
• Data privacy and compliance knowledge required.
• Project/resource management experience required.
• HIPAA knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA testers with clear direction.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Ensure high-quality software through test planning and robust automated testing.
• Supports multiple Scrum teams/POs and collaborates with DevOps to CI/CD.
• Hands-on contribution ~70% with ~30% people leadership.
• Evaluate QA tools, drive continuous automation improvements.
• Set standards and guidelines for automation frameworks.
• Coordinate staffing, staffing plans, and capacity expansion.
