Job summary
Navitus Health Solutions in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Supervisor of Quality Assurance Automation. You will lead a team of QA testers, design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing, and partner with engineering and DevOps to embed automated testing in CI/CD pipelines.
The role is hands-on with leadership responsibilities and requires strong Agile experience. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent, 6+ years in QA, and ISTQB Agile
Qualifications
- Must have 6+ years of experience in QA automation or software testing.
- ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation Level Testing preferred.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps.
- Experience testing cloud-native apps on AWS or Azure.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA testers.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Ensure high-quality software through thorough test planning and robust automated testing.
- Coordinate with Scrum teams and DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on role with ~70% individual contributor work and ~30% leadership responsibilities.
- Evaluate and improve QA tools and automation strategy.
