This fully remote role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in quality assurance, audit, or performance management; U.S. citizenship is required, and a federal background check will be conducted.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience.
• Three or more years in quality assurance, quality control, compliance monitoring, auditing, or performance management.
• Experience conducting audits and monitoring activities to evaluate compliance with standards and requirements.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, gaps, and root causes.
• Ability to develop, interpret, and present routine and ad hoc performance reports.

Aufgaben

• Conduct internal audits for the QA program to meet project quality metrics.
• Collaborate in developing new procedures and update existing ones when changes occur.
• Analyze reports on performance and provide solutions to identified issues.
• Develop routine and ad hoc project performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Monitor QA activities and audits to support project effectiveness.
• Analyze QA program data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in monitoring performance and meeting contractual requirements using systems.
• Produce and update staff materials including knowledge management resources and workflows.
• Assist with staff training to achieve QA goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of key initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
