Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee bidding, managing, and negotiating all contracts for home renovations. This fully remote position requires at least 5 years of purchasing experience with a home builder, excellent computer skills, and a Bachelor's Degree. You will manage contractors, develop scopes of work, and ensure the best pricing for renovations.

The role benefits from an exciting company culture and competitive compensation range of $80,000-$130,000, including salary and bonus. A basic understanding of Spanish is a desirable asset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to understand and speak some Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts and track project budgets.
• Negotiate lowest costs and source new products for quality renovations.
• Partner with management to determine specifications for projects.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for renovation jobs.
• Recruit and manage relationships with contractors and vendors.
