A successful candidate will have more than 5 years of purchasing experience, excellent computer skills, and a Bachelor's degree. The position is fully remote, offering competitive pay and a great company culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of Spanish is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts and track project budgets.
• Negotiate costs and source products to improve renovations.
• Develop scopes of work and manage contractors.
• Recruit new contractors and vendor relationships.
