Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Ability to negotiate contracts for home renovations.
• Understanding of Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts for home renovations.
• Negotiate lowest costs and source high-quality products.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for renovation jobs.
• Manage, train and recruit contractors and subcontractors.
