Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• Understanding of Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts and submit invoices.
• Negotiate the best cost and source new products.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for renovations.
• Manage performance of general contractors and subcontractors.
• Recruit and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors.
