House Buyers of America is seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee bidding, managing, and negotiating contracts for home renovations. This fully remote role requires 5+ years of experience in purchasing with a major home builder, plus a Bachelor’s Degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• Understanding of Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts and project budgets.
• Negotiate costs and source new products for renovation.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets.
• Manage and recruit contractors and vendors.
