Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee all aspects of purchasing for home renovations. This fully remote position requires you to manage contracts, negotiate costs, and develop scopes of work for projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in purchasing with home builders, excellent computer skills, and a Bachelor’s Degree or higher. We value great culture and offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• Understanding of Spanish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts and track project budgets.
• Negotiate costs and source products to improve quality.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for renovation jobs.
• Manage and recruit general contractors and subcontractors.
