Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Purchasing Manager responsible for overseeing purchasing and contract negotiation for home renovations. This fully remote position requires 5+ years of experience, project management skills, and strong negotiation abilities.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and ideally understand some Spanish. We offer competitive pay, a great culture, and continuous expansion across the U.S.

Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $130,000 including salary and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Strong ability to manage contracts and vendor relationships.
• Experience in developing scopes of work and managing project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts, submit invoices, track project budgets.
• Negotiate lowest costs and source new products to improve quality.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and recruit contractors/vendors.
