Job summary

House Buyers of America is looking for a Purchasing Manager to manage contracts for home renovations in a fully remote capacity. Responsibilities include bidding, negotiating contracts, and managing project budgets.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in purchasing within the home building or remodeling sector, along with strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder or remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to understand and speak some Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts, track project budgets.
• Negotiate pricing and source new products for renovations.
• Partner with management to determine specifications.
• Develop scopes of work and budgets for renovation jobs.
• Manage and recruit general contractors and subcontractors.
