Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Understanding of Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts and track project budgets.
• Negotiate pricing and source new products to improve renovations.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for renovation jobs.
• Recruit and manage contractors and vendors.
