Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Purchasing Manager to bid, manage and negotiate all renovation contracts. This 100% remote role oversees scopes of work, vendor recruitment and budget development for home improvement projects.

You will negotiate costs, source new products, and work with senior management to set specs. Candidates should have 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder or remodeling company and a Bachelor’s degree. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid, manage, and negotiate all contracts for renovations.
• Develop scopes of work and budgets for renovation jobs.
• Source and recruit contractors and vendors; ensure registrations.
• Track project budgets and ensure contract compliance.
• Train, manage, and, if needed, terminate contractors and subcontractors.
