A national home renovation company is seeking a Purchasing Manager responsible for bidding, managing, and negotiating contracts for home renovations. Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts and project budgets.
• Negotiate costs and source new products to improve quality.
• Develop detailed scopes of work for renovation jobs.
• Recruit new contractors and ensure they are registered.
