A real estate investment company is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead the bidding, management, and negotiation of contracts for home renovations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in purchasing within the home building and remodeling sector, paired with excellent computer skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
• Basic understanding of Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts, submit invoices, and track project budgets.
• Negotiate costs and source new products to improve renovation quality.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for each renovation job.
• Manage and recruit contractors and vendor relationships.
