A real estate investment company is seeking a Purchasing Manager for a fully remote role to oversee bidding and managing contracts for home renovations. The successful candidate will have over 5 years of purchasing experience in home building, strong negotiation skills, and a Bachelor's Degree. Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to understand and speak some Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts, track project budgets, and ensure contractors perform per the contract.
• Negotiate costs and creatively source products to improve quality.
• Partner with senior management to determine spec levels.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for renovations.
• Manage, train, and recruit General contractors and subcontractors.
