Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts and submit invoices.
• Negotiate costs and creatively source products.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for jobs.
• Manage and train general contractors and subcontractors.
• Recruit new contractors and vendor relationships.
