Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
• Understanding of Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts and submit invoices.
• Negotiate costs and source new products for renovations.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for renovation jobs.
• Manage, train and oversee General contractors and subcontractors.
• Recruit new contractors and vendor relationships.
