Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Understanding and ability to speak some Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts, submit invoices, track project budgets.
• Negotiate the lowest cost possible for materials and services.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for renovation jobs.
• Recruit and manage relationships with contractors and vendors.
