Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder or remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Understanding of Spanish is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage contracts, track budgets.
• Negotiate lowest possible costs for renovations.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets.
• Manage and train contractors and subcontractors.
• Recruit new contractor and vendor relationships.
