Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts, submit invoices, and track project budgets.
• Negotiate the lowest costs and improve product quality.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and manage contractors.
• Recruit new contractors and vendor relationships.
