Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder or remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to speak some Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts and project budgets.
• Negotiate costs and source new products for renovations.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and manage contractor relationships.
• Constantly recruit new contractors and vendors.
• Work closely with senior management on specifications.
