Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder or remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage contracts, submit invoices, and track project budgets.
• Negotiate costs and source innovative products.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for renovations.
• Manage and train general contractors and subcontractors.
• Recruit new contractors and maintain vendor relationships.
