Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Understanding Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts, track project budgets.
• Negotiate lowest costs and improve quality/aesthetic appeal.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and manage contractors.
