House Buyers of America is hiring a Purchasing Manager responsible for managing all contracts related to home renovations. This is a fully remote position ideal for candidates with 5+ years of purchasing experience in a home building or remodeling context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• Basic understanding of Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts for renovations.
• Negotiate costs and source products.
• Develop scopes of work and budgets for renovation jobs.
• Manage relationships with contractors and vendors.
• Recruit new contractors through networking.
