Job summary

House Buyers of America is looking for a Purchasing Manager to oversee bidding and managing contracts for home renovations. This person will negotiate costs and develop scopes of work for renovation jobs.

We are a fully remote company with a great culture and competitive pay. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of purchasing experience and a Bachelor’s Degree. Successful applicants will contribute to our expansion across 44 states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• Ability to speak some Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts and track project budgets.
• Negotiate costs and source products to improve quality.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and manage contractors.

Skills
