Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• Understanding of Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts and budgets.
• Negotiate prices and source products to improve quality.
• Develop scopes of work for renovation jobs.
• Recruit and manage General contractors and subcontractors.
