Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years mortgage origination experience, purchase-focused preferred.
• Completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and consultative borrower discussions.
• Build relationships with customers and local partners.
