Zillow Home Loans, LLC is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate purchase loans for customers within Zillow's ecosystem. You will guide borrowers from first contact through funding, delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a structured, performance-driven environment.

This remote role requires residing in Iowa and offers equity incentives in addition to a competitive base pay. You may work from home or spend time at an office as needed, with potential for high-volume or

Competenze

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with purchase focus
• CORE Pre-Licensing Education (20 hours) and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test - National Component
• Physically located in Iowa and working remotely from there
• Proven success originating purchase loans in high-volume or agent-centric models
• Strong client service orientation with consultative sales skills and mortgage knowledge
• Excellent verbal communication and pipeline management skills

Mansioni

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application to closing
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents/local partners
• Maintain an active pipeline meeting service levels and funding expectations
• Use Zillow CRM, LOS, and data tools to manage pipeline health and engagement
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently
