Zillow Group’s Zillow Home Loans division seeks a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for customers referred through Zillow’s ecosystem. You’ll guide borrowers from first contact through funding, in a structured, metrics-driven environment.

This remote role with Idaho residency offers opportunities to excel in either a digital-first or relationship-based model, supported by Zillow’s platform and scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience focused on purchase transactions.
• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage LO Test.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Idaho.
• Proven success in high-volume, phone-based sales or agent-centric referral models.
• Strong client service orientation with consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and with Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline while meeting service levels and funding expectations.
• Leverage CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health and engagement.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences via phone, email, and text.
• Stay current on market trends, programs, and regulatory requirements.
