Job summary

Zillow Home Loans is seeking a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for customers within Zillow’s ecosystem. You will guide borrowers from first contact to funding, in either a high-volume digital setting or a relationship-driven market model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination focused on purchase transactions.
• NMLS license or licensed under a federal bank license.
• Based remotely from Washington state with required licensing.
• Strong client service orientation and KPI-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application to closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans with proactive borrower consultation.
• Maintain relationships with customers and local partners; manage pipeline.
