Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with emphasis on purchase transactions.
• Completion of CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE exam.
• Located in and able to work remotely from Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application to closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents.
• Manage an active pipeline meeting service levels and KPIs.
• Use Zillow’s CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to monitor pipeline health.
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams.
