Job summary

Zillow Group is seeking a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for customers within Zillow’s ecosystem. You will guide borrowers from first contact through funding and work in either a high-volume digital setting or a relationship-oriented market model.

The role is remote with restrictions; your principal residence must be in Washington. You’ll operate under defined KPIs, using CRM/LOS tools and collaborating with processing teams to move loans efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience, purchase-focused
• Completion of CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE National Test
• Physically located in and working remotely from Washington (state)

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application to closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and consultation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and local partners (agents, etc.).
• Manage an active pipeline and meet service levels and funding KPIs.
• Use CRM/LOS and data tools to monitor pipeline health and engagement.
