Zillow Group Inc. is seeking a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate and manage home loans for customers within Zillow’s ecosystem.

This remote role, limited to Montana as the principal residence, offers opportunities to work in high-volume or consultative models with access to Zillow’s platform and support teams. You will guide borrowers from application to funding, build strong client relationships, and stay current on market trends and programs, all while maintaining licensing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience focused on purchase loans.
• Active NMLS license or mortgage originator under a federal bank license.
• Complete 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Montana.
• Strong consultative sales and client service skills.

Responsabilités

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing while ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• Convert company-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and with Zillow's Preferred Agents and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline while meeting defined service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
• Leverage Zillow's CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health and customer engagement.
• Partner with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience through phone, email, and text communication.
