Job summary

Zillow Home Loans is seeking a remote, purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for customers within Zillow's ecosystem. You will guide borrowers from application through funding, using CRM and LOS to manage pipeline and meet KPIs in a structured, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications include 3+ years of mortgage origination, active NMLS license or state license, CORE 20-hour pre-licensing and SAFE National test, and being physically located in and working remotely

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with purchase focus.
• Core Pre-Licensing Education (20 hours) and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component.
• Active NMLS license or LO under federal bank license.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Colorado.
• Experience in high-volume phone-based sales or agent-centric referral models.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application to closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents/partners.
• Manage an active pipeline meeting service levels and KPIs.
• Leverage CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health.
