Zillow Home Loans is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate purchase loans within Zillow's ecosystem. You will guide borrowers from first contact through funding, in a role that can be high-volume or relationship-based, with performance-based expectations and access to Zillow’s platform and tooling.

This remote role with restrictions requires Florida residency, ongoing licensing, and a strong customer-service orientation.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with emphasis on purchase transactions.
• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and successful passage of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Florida.
• Experience in either high-volume phone-based sales or agent-centric referral model is preferred.

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application to closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and with Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
