Zillow Group, through Zillow Home Loans, is seeking a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate and manage loans for customers within the Zillow ecosystem. You’ll guide borrowers from first contact to funding, in either a high-volume phone-based setup or a consultative, market-focused model, all within a structured, KPI-driven environment.

This remote role requires residing in Nevada and offers equity awards in addition to a competitive base pay, with potential hybrid office time

Qualificações

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience focused on purchase transactions.
• Completion of CORE Pre-Licensing Education (20 hours) and SAFE Mortgage MLO exam.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Nevada.
• Proven success in high-volume or agent-centric origination environments.
• Strong client service orientation with consultative sales skills.
• Demonstrated time management and pipeline management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application to closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents.
• Manage a productive pipeline and meet service level metrics.
• Leverage CRM, LOS, and Microsoft tools to track progress.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences via phone, email, and text.
• Stay current on lending programs and regulatory requirements.
