Job summary

Zillow Group Inc. is seeking a remote, Oklahoma-based Mortgage Loan Officer to originate purchase loans and manage borrowers from application to close.

You will convert opportunities, build local partnerships, and maintain an active pipeline with KPIs in a structured, incentive-driven environment. You will work with Zillow’s CRM and LOS, stay current on lending programs, and maintain licensing while advancing professional development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years mortgage origination experience focused on purchase transactions.
• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing with compliance.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline meeting service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
• Leverage Zillow’s CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health.
• Partner with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience through phone, email, and text.
• Stay current on market trends, lending programs, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain active licensing and ongoing professional development.
