Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience, with emphasis on purchase transactions.
• Completion of CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE MLO Test (National Component).
• Physically located in and working remotely from Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing with compliance.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents/local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline meeting service levels and funding expectations.
• Leverage Zillow CRM/LOS and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health and engagement.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience via phone, email, and text.
