Job summary

Zillow Group's Zillow Home Loans is hiring a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for customers within Zillow's ecosystem. You will guide borrowers from first contact through funding in either a high-volume digital or relationship-based model, supported by our platform and data-driven tools.

This remote role requires you to be physically located in Oklahoma and licensed for purchase transactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with a focus on purchase transactions.
• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and successful SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Oklahoma.
• Active state licenses or federal banking license as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers, Zillow Preferred Agents, and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline meeting service levels and funding expectations.
• Leverage CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health.
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience via phone, email, and text.
• Stay current on market trends, programs, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain licensing and participate in ongoing professional development.
